We recently completed the cleaning of a community sidewalk project for a Homeowners’ Association in Windermere. We had already cleaned the roofs and driveways for several of the homeowners throughout the neighborhood. Word spread that we were professionals that did nice work. After cleaning her roof, one of our customers asked us about cleaning the sidewalks, curbs, and street gutters for the whole community. We provided a formal proposal to the HOA and they accepted our bid. We coordinated with the HOA board members to schedule the work at a time that was convenient to the homeowners and completed within their desired timeline. We arrived on time as scheduled and provided the residents of this beautiful Windermere community with sparkling white community sidewalks.
It had been some time since this work had been completed; prior to the cleaning, the sidewalks were dark with deposits of mold, mildew, and algae. This would have been an overwhelming task for the HOA to manage on its own. However, with the use of our commercial grade equipment and cleaning agents, as well as our professional expertise, we took on this tough task of transforming an entire community’s sidewalks to a bright sparkling white! We even provided our own water source!
Once we had completed the cleaning, we worked side by side with the HOA board members to walk through the property to ensure their overall satisfaction with our work. The results were a beautifully refreshed community just in time for holiday visitors!
